Tension Bars
Tension Bars are manufactured at our Calcutta, India plant. Steel billets are
hot rolled to flat stock, cut to size and then hot dip galvanized at our two
galvanizing kettles.
Tension Bars are made in 3/16" X 5/8" ; 3/16" X3/4" and 1/4" X 3/4" sizes in standard lengths for 3' thru 12' Chainlink Fence. Mini Bars and custom sizes are available if desired.
Truss Rods are
made in 3/8" and 1/2" Rounds in 11', 12', 15' Drop Rods are manufactured in 1/2" and 5/8" drawn rounds with standard 'L' bend in 30" and 36" nominal sizes. These products are well packed in standard master bundles, skidded and then containerized for export shipping. Tension Bars are available on direct mill basis or from stock for immediate delivery through our distribution division. We can, if desired, deliver the Tension Bars on flat bed trucks by de-stuffing the containers at one of our warehouses and loading these on Flat Bed Trucks for easy unloading at your yard.
